We use “there’s” as a short form for “there is” in spoken English; however, “there are” does not have a standard written contraction.
On utilise « there’s » comme forme contractée de « there is » à l’oral ; cependant, il n’existe pas de contraction écrite standard pour « there are ».

There is a restaurant in the station → There’s a restaurant.
Il y a un restaurant dans la gare.
There are two cafés in the station.
Il y a deux cafés dans la gare.
