Using “There isn’t” and “There aren’t”

We often use “there isn’t a” + singular, “there isn’t any” + uncountable, and “there aren’t any” + plural.
On utilise souvent « there isn’t a » + nom singulier, « there isn’t any » + nom indénombrable et « there aren’t any » + nom pluriel.

There isn’t a café near here.

→ Il n’y a pas de café près d’ici.

There isn’t any milk.

→ Il n’y a pas de lait.

There aren’t any toilets in the park.

→ Il n’y a pas de toilettes dans le parc.
